Term of Use

EUROPA FABRICS LLC offers a fabric sample so you our customers can be familiar with the fabric, their color and texture in order to have a successful purchase. however if you are not satisfied with the quality of our fabric you can contact us immediately. Below we have listed our company's terms of use.

• Returns will be accepted within 15 days after the date of shipment.
   
• Returns items must be in original condition and will be refunded for a half of the purchase price, otherwise we will send it back to the submitter and it will not be refunded

• Fabric cuts of 2 meters or less may not be returned.
   
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
   
• Refund money will be given once our store have received back the purchased material ( in its original ) under the same method of the initial purchase payment.
   
• EUROPA FABRICS LLC is not responsible for damages or losses while the transportation of the merchandise, however we will be aware to help our customers to resolve any situation.
